Nacimo Sacid, is a seasoned professional renowned for her analytical prowess, organizational finesse, and meticulous attention to detail. With over 6 years of expertise in project management, program coordination, and monitoring and evaluation, Nacimo has honed a diverse skill set and gained extensive experience collaborating with esteemed organizations such as Cerf, MasterCard Foundation, IFRC, ICRC, UNFPA, USAID, and IOM-Somalia.

As a Project Manager at the International Organization for Migration (IOM-Somalia) from 2021 to 2022, she orchestrated program management initiatives, ensuring seamless coordination of research and other activities. Her responsibilities included overseeing program reporting, facilitating team communication with senior management and stakeholders, and establishing robust frameworks for program and project management.

In her role as Project Coordinator at the Kenya Red Cross in Kajiado from 2019 to 2021, Nacimo demonstrated exceptional leadership in supervising project activities, crafting and executing work plans, and providing guidance to project staff. Before this, she served in Monitoring and Evaluation at the Kenya Red Cross in Kajiado from December 2008 to April 2014, ensuring the implementation of rigorous MEAL standards and tools at the field level.

Nacimo holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from San Juan de la Cruz, Costa Rica (2019). Her expertise spans project management, team leadership, PMO operations, risk management, resource planning, and financial management, complemented by robust IT skills and exceptional communication abilities for reports and presentations. Nacimo’s dedication to excellence and proven track record make her a valuable asset in any organizational setting.
